The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.
Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.
Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.
The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
